Monte Fino Yachts
refers to the line of yachts created by Monte Fino Custom Yachts, Inc., based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Monte Fino, a leader in motoryacht building, adheres to a low-cost/high value policy while providing a variety of semi-custom and custom yachts. A design and engineering in-house team formulates the yachts, and Monte Fino yachts are constructed at the Kha Shing shipyard in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Workers travel the globe to search for the best components to use on Monte Fino yachts. The yachts can be built to classification standards such as the American Bureau of Shipping, the American Boat and Yacht Council, Bureau Veritas, or Nippon Kaiji Kyokai. Michael Joyce of Fort Lauderdale founded Monte Fino in 1996, and Monte Fino yachts range from 55 feet to 95 feet and up in overall length.
