Regal Yachts
is headquartered in Orlando, Florida. The family-owned company manufactures yachts in sizes of 17 feet through 41 feet in length, in styles including runabouts and express cruisers. Regal has been a pioneer in unique hull construction, and has been the recipient of the IMTEC innovation award for its own FasTrac hull design. FasTrac causes yachts to have faster performance and use less fuel. A state-of-the-art coating gel is used on Regal’s yachts, which contains UV filters that preserve original color. Regal is concerned with saltwater decay of yachts; to address this concern, Regal utilizes premium grade stainless steel for virtually every component. Some yachts are shower-tested for water leakage. Regal holds one of the first ISO 9002 registrations for yacht manufacturers.
