Thompson Santa Cruz Yachts
 is a model built by Thompson Yacht Design. All Thompson custom designs are available to customers to build themselves or by their own boat builders. They also sell complete cruising yachts and performance racing boats. Thompson Yacht Design, also known as Tboats, has created some of the worlds most successful sport boats and racing and cruising yachts for the past 12 years. Their designs are considered a great boat for both the expert and beginner sailors. Thompson has developed many new and innovative building methods for the amateur and professional builders that are economical and easy to build. They’re proud to be able to pass along their technology in the form of designs and expertise, together with the products they produce for their clients.
Thompson offers a range of innovative boats and designs. Their design leader is Steve Thompson, who has a background in engineering and has competed in the New Zealand yacht racing scene.
