is a company that has evolved from a trademark. The name Westship evokes the thought of a popular megayacht. Today, Westship is the business name of the builders of megayachts, with headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Westship’s shipyard is located in Tampa, and Yacht Design Associates is located in Fort Lauderdale. Westship has developed several series of yachts, and creates completely custom projects also. The sizes of available yachts, including newer models, start at 85 feet and continue up to 150 feet. Styles of yachts within the series can be tri-deck sport yachts, motor yachts, and convertibles. The Tampa shipyard specializes in advanced fiberglass technology. Yacht Design Associates takes on international yacht projects and has complete licensing in interior design.
