Description

Whether you spend your free time on the water with just the two of you or with your family, you will always feel at home on board the GRUNO 38 ROYAL. This elegant motor yacht from the GRUNO range is a customer favorite. Once you have experienced an acceptance with the GRUNO 38 ROYAL, you will also fully appreciate the sublime sailing characteristics of this multifaceted touring yacht.

Dutch-built all steel. One of a kind in the NW. Large aft cabin featuring head w/tub and shower. Holding tank on board. Powered by 135hp Ford Diesel. Large open salon.

All of the interior has 6’4”+ head-room. Finished inside w/hand-crafted Netherlands Ash and Teak. Large galley with 3 way reefer. Instant demand hot water for shower and sinks. Large v-berth bunks forward. Ample storage throughout the boat.

In the bow there is a chain locker. Moving aft through the vessel, there is a Vee berth with stowage under, a hatch in the overhead, and locker stowage aft to starboard. The fore-and-aft galley follows to port with open accommodations opposite to starboard fitted with locker stowage aft. Steps on centerline lead up and aft to the salon which is fitted with a full-console helm station forward to port followed by a sliding door accessing
the side deck and hanging locker stowage. A convection cabin heater is opposite the helm to starboard followed by a straight settee with a sliding door outboard accessing the side deck. Steps on centerline lead down to the master stateroom, which is fitted with a double berth aft to starboard, hanging locker stowage forward to starboard and aft inboard to port, and a head compartment outboard to port. The head is fitted with a manual toilet, a vanity with sink and a separate tub/shower. Access to the engine compartment is by
means of hinged panels in the salon sole.

The hull is a hard-chine design with moderate deadrise, a shallow 3/4 length keel, a raked and flared bow, and a plumb transom stem fitted with a swim step and a "sugar scoop" transom extension. There is a short foredeck followed by ample side decks leading to a raised aft deck fitted with a full-console helm station forward against the main cabin aft face, and a ladder aft on centerline accessing the swim step. The main cabin lies amidships with a short trunk cabin forward. Painted steel rails surround the decks.
