Accommodations
She can be easily boarded onto the large swim platform and through the gate into the cockpit, from the side stepping down into the cockpit, or directly onto the steps leading up to the aft deck. There is a wide sliding door entrance into the main salon from the aft deck and a convenient sliding entrance directly into the aft stateroom from the cockpit. The fly bridge provides great visibility at the helm with an impressive array of electronics, seating for seven plus the captain, and a 2 year old Sunbrella full eisenglass enclosure. The 12’ by 8’ aft deck has a hard top and makes a perfect space for lounging and entertaining with two chairs and a table. On the aft deck rail is a propane grill.
The 8'x10' salon is three steps down from the aft deck and has 6' 3" headroom and a leather Relax the Back chair and 6' pull out sofa. An icemaker and storage cabinet is next to the companionway to the master stateroom. To starboard and two steps down from the salon is a "breakfast nook" dinnete with seating for four that converts to a double berth and an additional two steps down from the dinnete and to port is the well appointed galley with stove, microwave, and large Norcold 12v/110v refrigerator/freezer.
The forward stateroom has a 6'4" X 6' berth with storage shelves the full length above the berth. There is a portside 15" X 41" hanging locker, two opening ports on each side and a 22" X 20" hatch with screen. Four drawers are under the berth.
The guest head aft of the forward cabin is to starboard and has a 3' X 9" laminate vanity with 11" stainless steel oval sink with hand wand. There is a 39" X 26" Dual mirrored door "medicine cabinet" over the counter and storage under the sink and toilet to left.
Master Suite
Access to the after master suite is via three steps down from the salon on the starboard side. There is a 19" X 51" hanging locker at the foot of the steps, another same size locker at the foot of the berth and a four shelf storage closet at the starboard foot of the berth. The stateroom provides 6'1" headroom and has a 6'2" long by 57" wide berth. Next to the head of the berth is a sliding door to the aft cockpit.
On the starboard side of the stateroom is the ensuite head with Vacuflush and a glass enclosed shower stall that has 6' headroom, a molded seat and is 25" wide by 3'4" long. There is a small counter with an 11" stainless steel oval sink, a shelf above the sink and an opening window above the shelf. On the bulkhead is a 39" X 27" mirror and a small storage compartment is above the sink. There are also two storage cabinets.
Bridge
Three steps up from the aft deck is the flybridge that affords 6'4" headroom. The helm is offset to the starboard with a bucket seat for the captain and an adjacent 4'2" passenger seat. In front of the helm is another 6' long passenger seat. There are two closed compartments under the front bulwarks. The station is equipped with trim tab controls, windlass control, remote spotlight and full instrumentation. 2 GPS Units including big Garmin Color. Radar incorporated into one chartplotter.
This is a great deal for this yacht. The boat has been and is very well maintained. Have all the records to support all the recent items done...Its a pleasure to pilot and easy to manuver in tight areas. I have taken local trips and long range trips to the Tampa bay area and back.
