Description
We feel our Bluewater is in great condition considering it’s age. It was built for salt water as well as fresh water. It is mechanically sound & has been well maintained, although it is due for a good wash. The boat was just surveyed at above average condition. Bottom paint new a couple years ago with no blisters. Flybridge is equipped with a full instrument panel, radar arch & radar, autopilot, GPS navigation system, marine radio, halor, AM/FM/CD stereo w/10 speakers, large remote spotlight w/controls on flybridge & helm, 3 extra large air horns, windless anchor controls, wetbar, refer/freezer, storage cabinet, complete flybridge storage cover. Storage covers on most outside seating. The almost 200 sq. ft. upperdeck has optional large storage/bench seats on starboard & portside, with storage covers, also table & chairs. Other equipment: 7.5 Kohler generator reconditioned in 2004, 2 marine air/ heat. Heaters in motor & generator compartments. Also in storage compartments, all holding tank areas & all living areas, a windless anchor, 8 buoys w/covers, & much more. Boat has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, hard to find walk around queen bed in master BR. Beautiful hardwood floors in kitchen & dining area. Kitchen has: 2 door refrig, microwave, 4 burner range w/oven & rotisserie, pantry, lots of cabinets w/drawers, coffee pot, toaster, some dishes, pots & pans, wine glasses w/holder. Dining room has oak table w/ 4 chairs & breakfast bar w/stools located between kitchen & living room. The living group includes: Large leather sofa, swivel rocker recliners, cocktail table w/ 2 endtables, most furniture new. TV, AM/FM/CD stereo, nautical decor etc. Carpeting new approx. 6 yrs. ago. We have most of the boat history since new.The boat is located on the Mississippi River, 7 miles West of Alton, IL. or 8 miles east of Grafton, IL.
